1. Purpose
It is mainly used in metallurgy, construction and other industries
to transport high-temperature materials such as sinter, coke,
cement clinker, etc. The material temperature does not exceed 800℃,
and the belt surface temperature does not exceed 220℃. Features:
Use EPDM rubber as the covering layer, and use domestic special
high-temperature resistant canvas as the skeleton material. The
unique formula design solves the key problems of high saturation of
ethylene propylene rubber, poor adhesion, and low interlayer
adhesion. . It has the characteristics of light belt body, long
life (about 2-4 times) and good heat resistance.

standard, this standard adopts the draft international standard
ISO/FDIS14890-1999 standard
The heat-resistant conveyor belt is made of multi-layer rubber
cotton canvas (poly-cotton cloth) or polyester canvas covered with
high-temperature or heat-resistant rubber and bonded together by
high-temperature vulcanization. It is suitable for conveying hot
coke, cement, and slag below 175°C. And hot castings, etc.
1) The specifications are the same as ordinary conveyor belts.
2) The product implements the HG2297-92 standard.
3) Heat-resistant conveyor belts can be divided into four types:
Type I: It can withstand test temperature not greater than 100℃,
the highest short-time operating temperature is 150℃, code T1.
Type Ⅱ: It can withstand the test temperature of not more than
125℃, the maximum short-time operating temperature is 170℃, and the
code is T2.
Type Ⅲ: It can withstand the test temperature of not more than
150℃, the highest short-time operating temperature is 200℃, and the
code is T3.
Type IV: Can withstand test temperature not greater than 175℃,
maximum short-time operating temperature 250℃, code T4.
2. Use matters needing attention
With the popularity of conveyor belts in industrial production,

to. In industrial production, the correct use of conveyor belts is
particularly important. The following items should be paid
attention to in the use of conveyor belts:
1) Avoid the roller being covered by the material, causing the
rotation failure, prevent the leakage of the material from getting
stuck between the roller and the belt, pay attention to the
lubrication of the movable part of the conveyor belt, but do not
oil the conveyor belt;
2) Prevent the conveyor belt from starting under load;
3) If the conveyor belt deviates, measures should be taken to
correct it in time;
4) When the conveyor belt is found to be partially damaged, use
artificial cotton to repair it
